Dunk's Fruit Cocktail A recipe learnt from Dunk's mum!
We've heard rumours you're a handy chef... I love cooking. I make stuff like roasts, casseroles and hot pots. I'll experiment with everything and make things tasty!
Did your mum teach you to cook? Yeah, and my gran too. My mum makes a good roast... but I have to make the gravy.
Do you eat healthily? Yeah, I try to. But there's a takeaway by my house, which makes it hard!
What would your last meal be? The finest seafood money could buy. Lobster, crab, oysters grilled with garlic butter... dreamy!
To make Dunk's Fruit Cocktail You'll need: Apple, banana, strawberries, kiwi, orange, melon, grapes and lemonade. Wash and chop all the fruit into chunks. Mix in a large bowl and cover with lemonade. When you're ready, drain the lemonade (you can drink this too!) Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Lee's Crazy Omelette Don't worry, it's not alien a l'orange!
Can you really cook, Lee? I'm OK… but if I was trying to impress you I'd buy chicken from Nando's and pretend I'd made it myself! Or I could take you to a mountain in Siberia where they'd cook us newts.
Yum! Do you eat a lot of takeaways then? I live on my own so I have take-away most nights. Sad, eh?
So why are we having an omelette? Because you can throw in whatever you like. I dunno about the M&Ms though – maybe you should leave those out.
To make Lee's Crazy Omelette You'll need: 2 eggs, chopped bacon, milk, a handful of grated cheese, M&Ms, butter and a frying pan. Whisk the eggs and milk together. Add grated cheese (and M&Ms if you dare!) Fry the bacon. When pink, pour in the egg mix. Wait until the omelette settles, then turn over. Cook until golden.
Ant's Greek Salad Ant gets cheesy…
Ooh, Greek salad – nice! To be honest, I can't cook. A big Greek salad is dead easy though. Just chop everything up and throw it together.
Is that your favourite dish then? No, a Greek barbecue is good too. Greeks do the best barbecues.
Aren't you too busy in posh restaurants for barbecues? No way! It's ridiculous how much you pay for a tiny meal in a restaurant. There's one place I love though, called Smith's Brasserie in London. It's the best restaurant ever… mmm.
To make Ant's Greek Salad You'll need: Cos lettuce, feta cheese, red onion, black olives, tomatoes and olive oil. Wash and chop the onion, lettuce, olives and tomatoes into pieces. Mix in a big bowl, break the cheese into chunks and sprinkle on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Easy!
Si's Strawberry Pancake Careful, Simon's feeling all fruity!
Are you a good cook? Oh yeah, I'm a real gourmet. I always wash up straight away too, so it doesn't get messy.
Have you impressed ladies with your cooking? Of course. I like cooking traditional Caribbean food, especially if a girl has never had it before. I use all my mum's secret recipes and cook from scratch.
Is this desert healthy? The strawberries are OK but the pancakes and whipped cream are a bit naughty!
To make Simon's Strawberry Pancakes You'll need: 100g flour, 1 egg, 300ml milk, butter, strawberries, cream, a pan and fish slice. Which the eggs, milk and flour together. Heat butter in a pan. Cook until pancake stops bubblin' Using the fish slice, loosen the sides and flip. Cook until golden brown, serve with strawberries and cream.
